Welcome to France

 Our time was up in Japan so after a 4 hour flight to Taiwan, a few hours of layover and a 15+ hour flight to Paris we were finally on French soil. We picked up the lease car and drove 4 hours to our new home in Chémery. 

Some noticeable differences to NZ houses:

• No curtains, but shutters on the outside of the house
• Really thick walls and super double glazed windows
• Central heating (💕)
• Square pillows
• Runs off a central boiler in the kitchen
• Gas oven
