 Pig Festival

Our little village likes a good party and apparently a Pork Eating Party is a big deal. Saturday night saw a spit roast dinner, concert by 'Les Crazy Pigs' and fireworks followed by an all day market, classic car parade and pig BBQ on Sunday. The village band also showed up to serenade the meat eaters and all the decorations were pig shaped!

 Our time was up in Japan so after a 4 hour flight to Taiwan, a few hours of layover and a 15+ hour flight to Paris we were finally on French soil. 1 week to go!

 1 week until we set off on our 9 month adventure. We will be based in France but will be visiting 18 countries while away from NZ. This is our way to let friends and family know where we've been and what we've been up to. Who knows how frequently we will be posting, but we will try and put updates up when we can.
